| Leads would be provided by company, but an ideal candidate would be once who would be very good in cross sell of the products like ULIP & Trad and can generate own Leads. | |||||
| Should be from LI Sector only. The candidate will have to travel for conversion of leads through appointment /meetings with customers etc. | |||||
| This is an S2S Channel, leads will be provided ranging between 200 – 1500 (locational specific) | |||||
| Leads from walkin customer, branches and need to Maintain relationships with banking staff | |||||
| Reports to ZBH directly and will sit at Hub Offices only (sometimes might have to travel to Bank Branches) | |||||
| Ensure high activation, productivity, and retention of the Advisor base. | |||||
| Motivate the team to generate business through natural market and references. | |||||
| Package (CTC): | Up to 6 LPA [Based on overall Experience] + Incentives + Allowances | ||||
| Requirements: | |||||
| • Age should be below 38 years | |||||
| • Min 1.5+ year in LI-Agency or direct channel with proper Experience/Relieving letter must | |||||
| • Two-wheeler mandatory | |||||
| • Freshers not eligible | |||||
| • Must have 15 years of education (UG Degree must) | |||||
