We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to lead and manage the Credit Life Channel for a leading Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Credit Life business, team management, channel relationship management, and sales performance.
· Manage and lead the assigned Credit Life sales team to achieve business objectives.
· Drive Credit Life Insurance business through channel partners and financial institutions.
· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the Credit Life business within the assigned territory.
· Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
· Coordinate with channel partners to ensure smooth business operations and customer service.
· Implement business development initiatives to improve market penetration and revenue growth.
· Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
· Drive business growth through effective utilization of resources and team capabilities.
Experience: Candidates must have experience in the Credit Life Channel within the Life Insurance industry, along with team handling experience.
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
CTC: ?9.00 – ?9.50 LPA (Based on Current CTC and Experience)
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Mandatory experience in the Credit Life Channel of the Life Insurance industry.
· Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
· Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
