We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to lead and manage the Bancassurance team for a leading Life Insurance company. The role involves managing a team of on-roll Sales Managers, driving business through banking partners, strengthening channel relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
· Manage and lead a team of on-roll Sales Managers.
· Drive business through leads generated from partner banks.
· Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective team management and business planning.
· Train, mentor, and develop the Front Line Sales Team to enhance productivity and performance.
· Map the assigned territory to identify business opportunities and prospective customers.
· Implement business development initiatives to maximize market penetration.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key bank stakeholders.
· Coordinate with channel partners to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
· Drive sales through existing banking partners and identify new opportunities for business growth.
· Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
· Generate business through effective utilization of available resources and market opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Experience in Bancassurance and team handling in Life Insurance sales experience is mandatory.
· Strong relationship management and sales skills.
Experience: Candidates with Bancassurance experience in the Life Insurance industry and team handling exposure.
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
CTC: ?9.00 – ?9.50 LPA (Based on Current CTC and Experience)
